Material & Craftsmanship

The material is typically high-quality aluminum alloy (Series 3003/5005), with thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 12mm, complying with ASTM and GB standards.

Diverse surface treatments include powder coating, PVDF coating (Kynar 500), anodizing, wood grain transfer, and stone grain finishes, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and superior weather resistance.

Aluminum Honeycomb Panel

The Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is a lightweight, high-strength composite material widely used in building curtain walls, interior decoration, and marine applications. Its sandwich structure consists of two face sheets and a hexagonal honeycomb core.

Bionic Honeycomb Structure

The hexagonal core provides excellent compression resistance, flatness, and structural stability, making it ideal for large-span flat surfaces (e.g., ceilings and large facade panels).

Surface treatments can be customized, such as PVDF coating, powder coating, roller coating, wood grain, and stone grain. It achieves Class A2 fire rating.
